Located in the small village of Kinlochleven which lies on the West Coast of Scotland in the heart of Lochaber. Only 7 miles from Glencoe, and just over 20 miles from Fort William & the mighty Ben Nevis.
Known as the Outdoor Capital of the UK – Lochaber is great for all you outdoor enthusiasts! With climbing, hillwalking, kayaking, canyoning, white water rafting, mountain biking – just a few of the many activities on the doorstep. We are the first accommodation you reach if walking the West Highland Way from Glencoe, making us an ideal overnight stopover before continuing on to the finish point in Fort William with the shops, pubs and restaurants in the village only a 200m walk around the corner. Or if its a relaxing break away you’re after, the village and the surrounding area boasts an abundance of beautiful walks with amazing scenery.

Staying in Our Glamping Pods
Our Glamping Pods are the perfect way to enjoy the great outdoors with a little extra comfort — whatever the weather throws at you! Each pod is warm, dry and secure, and comes with those little luxuries that make all the difference: electric lights and sockets for charging your gear, free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, microwave, fridge and kettle.
All pods are fully insulated, double-glazed, and fitted with electric fans or heaters plus midge screens on the windows — because nobody needs uninvited flying guests. Outside, you’ll find plenty of picnic benches for sunny al fresco meals, along with a handy communal pot-wash area.
We offer three sizes of pods to suit every kind of adventurer:
– Micro Lodge – sleeps 2 in single beds
– Mini Lodge – sleeps up to 4 in 2 single beds + 1 double
– Mega Lodge – sleeps up to 4 with the bonus of a dining table and chairs
Just bring your plates, cutlery, cups and bedding — leave the tent behind and enjoy a super- easy glamping experience.
To keep prices low, bedding isn’t included but can be hired for a small cost. Sleeping bags, pillows, liners and towels are also available on request.
Our communal shower block has both ladies’ and gents’ facilities, with hot showers (shower gel and shampoo supplied). Guests also get access to our large drying rooms with heaters and commercial dehumidifiers — perfect for wet boots and soggy waterproofs.
Dogs are very welcome! We allow one dog per lodge for a small additional charge.
Our Other Accommodation
Our hostel can accommodate up to 39 guests between 10 private en-suite rooms of various sizes. Each room has central heating, double glazing, TV, comfortable bunk beds with bed linens included. Other facilities include drying rooms, communal kitchen & dining area plus free WIFI. Only 200m from village centre.
Overlooking the village of Kinlochleven, our lodge has recently been renovated with new heating system & double glazing. Sleeps up to 32 guests between 8 private rooms. Comfortable bunk beds with bed linens included. Communal showers/toilets, kitchen, lounge & dining area & drying rooms. Free WIFI.
